Have you submitted a receipt but didn’t receive a spin? That’s frustrating! First, check if your receipt has been approved. If it has, you should automatically receive a spin. Follow these steps to check and use your spin:
- Open the app and go to the "Groceries" section.
- Click on "Savings" in the shopping street savings card.
- Then click on "Get Stamps".
Note: a spin expires after 7 days and will not automatically convert into a stamp. Make sure to use your spin in time!
If you still don’t see your spin, verify that you submitted the correct receipt and check for any technical issues. If the problem persists, reach out to customer service for assistance.
