We do our best to reward you with all the Stock Points you've earned, but sometimes we miss a few.
If you're missing Stock Points just follow these steps:
- Navigate to your Portfolio.
- Switch from the "Overview" tab to your transaction list.
- If you do not yet have an Investing Account, you can find this in the "Stock Points" tab.
- If you've already made your Investing Account, go to the "Transactions" tab, and tap "Stock Points". - Tap the "Missing Stock Points" button on the bottom of the list.
- Select the type of Stock Points you're missing - either from scanning your receipt or from making a transaction at an eligible merchant.
- Follow the steps.
- Our support team will have a look at your claim and get back to you by email.
