Please check the following:
- Make sure you used the correct email address (the one linked to your Vitesse account). If not, update your email address.
- Go to the Google Play Store or App Store and check if you have the latest version of the Woolsocks app.
- Check your Vitesse account to confirm that your season ticket is indeed registered under your name and email address.
