Why can't I select “Save in the shopping street”?

If you don't have access to the option to save in the shopping street, there could be several reasons for this:

  1. Bank account not linked or expired: Make sure your bank account is correctly linked to your account. If your bank account has expired or is not set up correctly, this may affect the functionality.
  2. Hidden offers: Saving in the shopping street may be located under “hidden offers.” Check this section in your account to see if the option is available there.
  3. Limit of one receipt per store per day: To keep the experience fair for all users, you can only submit one receipt per store per day. If you have already submitted a receipt for the same store on the same day, you will need to wait until the next day to save again for this store.
