If a cashback is rejected by the store, the amount will be deducted from your outstanding balance. If you have direct payment enabled, it will be deducted from your total or transferred balance, which may affect your balance or even result in a negative balance.
2. How can I fix a negative balance caused by direct payment?
You can restore a negative balance in the app by earning new rewards. Alternatively, at the end of the month, we will apply a debit collection to your bank account to settle the negative amount.
3. What if my balance remains negative at the end of the month?
If your balance remains negative at the end of the month, our system will automatically debit your bank account to cover the amount due.
