Insurance cashback usually takes 3 to 4 months. We add the money to your cashback sock automatically as soon as your insurer confirms with us everything is in order.
How to qualify
Request a new health insurance with overstappen.nl from inside the app. Keep your new policy active past the cooling off period and the app gives you €30 cashback, the offer applies to all providers and policies.
Typical timeline for insurance
Day 0: You request your new insurance through the app and your insurer reviews and approves your request.
Week 1 to 2: 14 days Cooling off period when you can cancel your new insurance.
Weeks 3 to 10: Insurer verifies your policy and approves the cashback. As soon as we receive the approval we add the cashback to your cashback sock.
While you wait
Keep your policy active and avoid changes that could void the cashback.
When to contact support
If your cashback is still pending after 90 days, contact support and include:
- Insurer name
- Policy number or confirmation
- Any screenshots or the confirmation email
