Why do I see an additional processing fee on my bank account when purchasing a voucher?

When you purchase a voucher in the app, you will make the payment via Mollie.

This is a third-party payment provider that is used to facilitate purchases in a quick and easy manner.

As you can connect and use a bank account from over 30 European countries, it may be possible that your bank will levy a processing fee to complete the transaction.

If this fee is charged, it will appear directly on the account you have used. Fees charged by Mollie are covered, however, as this is a charge from your bank, it cannot be compensated or reimbursed.
