What happens with my voucher if I send back (part of) the order I paid with it?

If you decide to send back (part of) an order you paid for with a voucher, it is the store that is responsible for refunding you. Normally, they refund you in the same way as you paid. This means that you will receive your refund in the form of a voucher. The store decides whether to recharge the voucher you purchased with the app or to give you a new voucher. You should contact the store where you made your order and ask them how you will receive your voucher. We can not do this for you. You can always find vouchers you purchased in your app. If you want to retrieve a voucher you have archived before, you can simply go to 'Archive' and restore the voucher.
