To redeem a Magic Giftcard, you must have an eligible bank account connected to the app. This account must be:
– your main bank account (the one you use for everyday purchases),
– not connected to another profile in the app,
– and actively used.
Some digital banks such as N26 or Revolut may not be considered eligible if they are not used for regular day-to-day transactions. To ensure a smooth and successful redemption, we recommend using a traditional bank account that reflects your daily spending habits.
