If you didn’t receive the cashback after making a qualifying purchase with a Magic Giftcard, you can submit a claim directly through the app.
Go to your Cashback Sock, tap on "Missing cashback", and follow the steps to report the issue. You’ll see the option to select and claim the missing gift card.
Please note: you can only submit a claim if the gift card is still valid (not expired) and the transaction has already been processed. If the transaction is still marked as "Processing", the system won’t allow you to file a claim yet — in that case, you’ll just need to wait a bit longer. Most of the time, the cashback will be applied automatically once everything is verified.
