Something went wrong during paying with my voucher, it now shows it has no balance left?

In the rare scenario that something goes wrong while you are paying with your voucher, a shop might temporarily reserve the amount on your voucher to avoid abusive use of the voucher. Normally, the voucher balance is restored after 1-2 hours of the failed purchase attempt. 
Please note that Woolsocks can not influence this behavior, and can not 'unblock' the balance either. If you have questions, it is best to reach out to the brand that the voucher is for, so they can help you.
