I purchased a voucher, but did not receive an email

When you buy a voucher on our platform, we show your voucher directly in the app or on our website. We will also send the vouchercode to the email address you made your purchase with. 
Did you not receive your voucher? Check your spam to see if it ended up there. You can also always see your purchased vouchers in your account by going to the voucher section. 

Did you buy a voucher to give away as a gift? In that case, you will not get the voucher sent to you. Instead, the email with the purchase confirmation contains a link to share the voucher with the intended receiver. Happy gifting!
